Pop star Olivia Rodrigo has officially joined the world of Fortnite. The addition marks the latest celebrity crossover for Epic Games' popular battle royale title. Rodrigo's arrival coincides with the release of her third album, "you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love," which recently topped the Billboard 200 chart.

Known for hit songs like "Drivers License," "Good 4 U," "Vampire," and "Drop Dead," Rodrigo first gained recognition as a child actor on Disney's "High School Musical: The Musical: The Series." She has since achieved significant success in the music industry, earning three Grammy Awards and headlining major festivals.

Players can now find Rodrigo's in-game character on the Fortnite Island, and her associated items will be available in the item shop during its next refresh. By visiting her character's location on the Island, players can obtain a couple of free cosmetic items. The item shop will feature two skins inspired by Rodrigo's music video appearances, along with emotes and Jam Tracks for Fortnite's Festival mode.

Rodrigo follows a long list of prominent musicians who have been featured in Fortnite, including Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Metallica, Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, and Sabrina Carpenter.
