Percy Jackson Season 3 Release Schedule and Episode Titles Revealed

Disney has officially unveiled the release schedule and episode titles for the third season of Percy Jackson and the Olympians. The upcoming season will adopt a new release strategy, moving away from weekly episodes to a two-episode-per-week model. With a total of eight episodes, this change means the entire season will conclude within a single month.

The season is set to premiere on November 20th, with the first two episodes, titled "My Rescue Operation Goes Very Wrong" and "An Old Dead Friend Comes to Visit." Subsequent releases will continue with two episodes each week:

November 27: Episode 3 — "I Learn How to Grow Zombies" Episode 4 — "We Visit the Junkyard of the Gods"

December 4: Episode 5 — "I Have a Dam Problem" Episode 6 — "I Wrestle Santa’s Evil Twin"

December 11: Episode 7 — "I Put on A Few Million Extra Pounds" Episode 8 — "The Gods Vote How to Kill Us"

Season 3 will adapt The Titan's Curse, the third book in Rick Riordan's popular series. The story follows Percy as he searches for the missing goddess Athena and his friend Annabeth, all while navigating the escalating conflict between the gods and titans. The season will also introduce key characters such as Rachel Elizabeth Dare and Nico di Angelo.

This announcement comes as the first two seasons of Percy Jackson and the Olympians have seen a surge in popularity on Netflix, where they are available for a limited three-month period. The show has climbed to become the fifth most popular TV show on the streaming platform. Despite this renewed interest, Disney has not yet officially announced a renewal for a fourth season, leading to fan concerns about the potential full adaptation of the five-book series. This uncertainty persists even as Disney has greenlit an adaptation of Riordan's Kane Chronicles.
