Pokémon Go Minior Shower Schedule: When to Find the Meteor Pokémon

The meteor Pokémon, Minior, is making its debut in Pokémon Go, featuring its distinctive colorful cores. Availability of Minior will be tied to real-life meteor showers throughout the year, with increased chances of encountering the Pokémon during evening hours within the event dates.

The next Minior Shower event is scheduled to occur from October 19th to October 24th.

How to Find Minior in Pokémon Go

Minior can only be encountered during scheduled meteor shower events. During these periods, players have a higher chance of finding Minior between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. in their local time on the specified dates. Minior has a brown outer shell, concealing a colored core. While the specific core colors debuting with each meteor shower are not yet known, the Pokémon features various core hues. The Pokémon is not currently available in its shiny form.

In battle, Minior exhibits two forms. In its Meteor Form, it possesses higher defense and lower attack. Once Minior loses 50% of its health, its shell breaks off, revealing its core. In this core form, its attack stat increases while its defense decreases. Currently, Minior can only change forms in Player vs. Player (PvP) battles, against Team Go Rocket members, and when battling team leaders.
