The "Fetch Scales for Feebas" event is now live in Pokémon Pokopia, offering players a chance to engage in a beach-themed activity to recover lost treasures for the fish Pokémon. This seasonal event allows participants to gather special shiny scales, known as Prism Scales, which can then be exchanged for unique rewards.

The event commenced on August 12 at 5 a.m. and will conclude on August 28 at 4:59 a.m., local time, synced with the Nintendo Switch's console clock. To join the festivities, players must have successfully rebuilt at least one Pokémon Center.

Upon logging into the game after the event's start, a notification will announce that a Pokémon is the talk of the town. This serves as an invitation to visit a rebuilt Pokémon Center and meet Feebas, who will explain its predicament regarding its lost Prism Scales. These collected scales can be turned in for rewards by speaking with Feebas within any rebuilt Pokémon Center throughout the event's duration. Players may also encounter Milotic by exploring the two new event habitats that become available.

Locating Prism Scales

To aid in the search for Prism Scales, players will need to enlist the help of Drifloon. These scales are primarily found within Dream Islands, special areas accessible by interacting with a doll or directly calling Drifloon. Prism Scales can be discovered both submerged in water and on land within these islands. While players are limited to visiting one Dream Island per day, they can revisit the same island multiple times to collect scales and engage in other in-game activities.

Event Rewards and Habitats

The "Fetch Scales for Feebas" event introduces six new decorative items to Pokémon Pokopia. Acquiring all of them requires a total of 60 Prism Scales. Individual items include a Beach volleyball set for 15 Prism Scales, a Big swim ring for 10 Prism Scales, a Cooler for 10 Prism Scales, a Floating lantern for 10 Prism Scales, a Sand Bed for 10 Prism Scales, and a Swim ring for 5 Prism Scales.

These earned rewards can be used to construct two new habitats: "Exciting beach," which requires one big swim ring and one sand bed, and "Marine leisure activities," which needs one beach volleyball set, one cooler, and one swim ring. The "Exciting beach" habitat is known to attract Feebas, while the "Marine leisure activities" habitat can draw in Milotic.

Players unable to collect enough Prism Scales during the event can still obtain copies of the event furnishings using the in-game 3D printer.
