The Pokémon Trading Card Game is set to celebrate its 30th anniversary with a special product lineup that begins its rollout on September 16, 2026. Booster packs from this anniversary set will not be sold individually and will instead be included in various special products, with each pack containing five foil cards and a unique Pikachu card featuring one of 30 special artworks.

Wave 1: September 16, 2026

The first wave introduces five new products. The 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box will retail for $49.99 and includes nine booster packs, a Nidorina promo card, 16 foil Energy cards, card sleeves, dice, a coin, a collector's box, and a code card for Pokémon Trading Card Game Live. The Nidorina promo is notable as it is the first time this Pokémon has held flagship promo status, referencing its position as #0030 in the National Pokédex. A Pokémon Center exclusive version of the Elite Trainer Box will offer 11 packs and two Nidorina promos, one featuring a Pokémon Center stamp.

Other Wave 1 releases include the Poster Collection for $14.99, which provides three packs, a double-sided poster, and foil promos of Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres. The Tech Sticker Collection, also $14.99, comes with three packs, a sticker sheet, and a foil promo of either Alolan Exeggutor or Lucario. For collectors seeking powerful Pokémon, the 30th Celebration Pokémon ex Box costs $21.99 and includes four packs, a shiny foil promo, and a jumbo version of either Sylveon ex or Greninja ex. Budget-conscious players can opt for the 30th Celebration Knock Out Collection and 2-Pack Blisters, both priced at $9.99, which include two packs, a plastic coin, and an Eevee promo.

Wave 2: October 2, 2026

Wave 2 focuses on storage and pack accumulation. The Day & Night Mini Tins will be available for $9.99 each, with each tin containing two packs, a sticker sheet, and an art card. When combined, the Unown art cards from these tins spell out "ANNIVERSARY." The 30th Celebration Binder Collection, priced at $31.99, offers a premium 9-pocket binder and five booster packs. For those solely interested in packs, the 30th Celebration Booster Bundle provides six booster packs for $26.94.

Wave 3: October 30, 2026

Wave 3 consists of two 30th Celebration Espeon ex and Umbreon ex Battle Decks. These ready-to-play, 60-card decks cost $19.99 each and include a deck box, coin, playmat, and a bonus rare card—Victini for the Espeon deck and Zeraora for the Umbreon deck.

Wave 4: November 6, 2026

This wave features the substantial 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Collection, available in Day or Night configurations for $179.99 each. Both versions include a themed playmat, sleeves, deck box, and 29 standard 30th Celebration booster packs. A significant draw of this collection is the inclusion of a three-card Classic Collection pack, offering a rare chance at vintage-style cards. Collectors anticipate these Classic Collection cards will be difficult to pull, potentially occurring at a rate of 1 in 8 to 12 packs.

The 30th Celebration Ditto Premium Collection, priced at $39.99, includes a Ditto promo card, eight packs, and an acrylic stand for display. The wave also includes the 30th Celebration Mewtwo & Mew Figure Collections for $29.99, featuring five packs, a foil promo, a jumbo card, and a Mew or Mewtwo figure.

Wave 5: December 4, 2026

Concluding the anniversary releases, the 30th Celebration Pokémon ex Tin will be available for $21.99, containing four packs and bringing back the Sylveon ex or Greninja ex promos from earlier sets.

Pre-orders for the Pokémon Center are expected to begin in August, roughly one month before the initial wave's launch. Players are advised to prepare their accounts and sign up for alerts to secure desired products upon release.
