Giants Software and Straight4 Studios have announced the upcoming V8 Power Pack DLC for Project Motor Racing, set to launch on September 15. This new content will add nine V8 race cars spanning multiple racing eras and a new circuit, the Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.
The V8 Power Pack will introduce three distinct vehicle classes. The "V8 Evo" class features the 2023 Australian-spec Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Camaro models that currently compete in Australia's Supercars series. The "USV8" class will include 2022 models of the Dodge Challenger TA/2, Ford Mustang TA/2, and Chevrolet Camaro TA/2. Finally, the "Historic USV8" class brings classic American muscle cars to the game, including the 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302, 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, 1970 AMC Javelin, and the 1968 Camaro Z28, all in their classic Trans Am road racing configurations.
This latest DLC follows the free Aussie Rivals pack released in July, which added the 2013 Holden VF Commodore and a reworked 2013 Ford Falcon FG, both Australian V8 vehicles from an earlier era.
