Ravensburger has launched preorders for an expansive Pokémon jigsaw puzzle, featuring 40,320 pieces and priced at $730. The completed puzzle measures approximately 22.3 feet by 6.3 feet, positioning it as one of the largest officially licensed Pokémon collectibles and puzzles available.

This colossal set is divided into ten individual 4,000-piece sections. Each section highlights a different iconic Pokémon alongside a memorable location from the Pokémon universe, allowing puzzlers to tackle the project in manageable segments before combining them into a single large display. Ravensburger, a prominent puzzle manufacturer, states that the set includes premium and sustainable quality pieces and is recommended for ages 14 and up, identifying it as an adult puzzle.

The release date for the puzzle is set for October 7, 2026, in the U.S., with preorders currently live on Amazon. While the price is substantial, it reflects the scale of the product. For comparison, the Guinness World Record for the most pieces in a jigsaw puzzle is 551,232, and the world's largest commercially available puzzle, "What a Wonderful World" by Dowdle, features 60,000 pieces and sells for around $1299.

Ravensburger has previously released similarly large puzzles, including a 40,320-piece "Memorable Disney Moments" set.
