Star Wars: Galactic Racer, which garnered high praise and an 88 Metascore, is now accessible to Amazon Prime members through Amazon's cloud gaming service, Luna. This addition allows subscribers to experience the game's single-player campaign, along with its Arcade and Scenarios modes.
Launched in 2026, Galactic Racer was one of two highly-rated Star Wars games released within a six-week period, the other being Star Wars Zero Company. Galactic Racer's critical reception has placed it among the top-five Star Wars games of all time, according to Metacritic.
The game is described as a racing roguelike, or "roadlike," where players compete in the Galactic League. Polygon's review highlighted its steep learning curve and the depth of its gameplay systems, noting that "when you get there, the rush is unmatched. This is a game of both blistering speed and tactical nuance, where smart use of your abilities is just as important as racing reflexes."
While the single-player modes are available on Luna, online multiplayer will require a separate purchase of the game. Star Wars: Galactic Racer joins Star Wars Outlaws on Amazon Luna. Subscribers can also claim other titles, such as Doom and High on Life, which were offered as free games in September.
Star Wars: Galactic Racer is also available for purchase on PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and Xbox Series X.
