Developer Game Informer has released the final pre-launch trailer for Star Wars Zero Company, an XCOM-inspired tactics game. The trailer introduces the game's primary cast of characters as they prepare to confront Fathom, the game's main antagonist and leader of the Infinite Coil cult.
Fathom's cult wields militarized influence across the galaxy, and the trailer highlights her motivations with dialogue such as, "My plague will show you the truth." The footage also provides individual spotlights on the game's cast, emphasizing the contributions of its voice actors, though it appears to only feature the male iteration of the protagonist, Hawks. The trailer concludes with a dramatic scene of a ship impacting a Venator-class starship.
Star Wars Zero Company is scheduled to launch on August 27 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
