A demo for Final Fantasy Resonance, an HD-2D title drawing from the narrative of the mobile game Brave Exvius, is available now. This playable introduction features the game's first chapter, complete with its distinctive pixel art and Final Fantasy character summons. Originally released in October 2025, the game puts players in control of a lighthouse and its avian companion exploring a desolate world. Today's update also introduces a new psychedelic mode. Double Fine has recently re-established its independence, coinciding with this new release on the PlayStation platform.
Stupid Never Dies Demo
Players can now sample Stupid Never Dies, a new action game from Hiroyuki Kobayashi, known for his work on Capcom series such as Dino Crisis and Dragon's Dogma. A demo offering up to two hours of gameplay is available, and progress can be transferred to the full game upon its launch on October 21. The demo showcases the game's vibrant action sequences.
SlashZero Demo
A limited-time demo for SlashZero, a fast-paced roguelike action game with an anime aesthetic, has been released on PS5. In SlashZero, players assume the role of a time hacker tasked with defeating a foe named "Hieros-I." The full game is slated for release next spring.
