The 2026 Steam Autumn Sale has begun, featuring over 2,000 games available for $5 or less. The sale provides the typical array of deep discounts, collectible stickers, and new items in the Steam Points Shop.
For those looking to find the best deals, the SteamDB website offers filtering capabilities. By setting a maximum price of $5 on SteamDB, users can discover a large selection of discounted titles. While SteamDB is currently experiencing high traffic, a similar price filtering function is available directly on Steam, though it may yield a slightly lower count of games.
The sheer volume of available games means that many of the deeply discounted titles may not be top-tier releases. Users can further refine their searches on SteamDB or Steam by applying filters for genre, features, release dates, user ratings, and review counts to narrow down choices. Alternatively, PC Gamer is considering compiling a list of recommended games under $5, similar to a previous effort during the Steam Summer Sale.
The 2026 Steam Autumn Sale is scheduled to run for one week, concluding on October 8.
