The Conjuring: Unspoken Announced, Releasing Next Week on Netflix

Netflix and Until Dawn developer Supermassive Games have announced a new game set in The Conjuring universe, titled The Conjuring: Unspoken. The interactive paranormal investigation experience is scheduled to release on October 13 and will be playable directly through Netflix, eliminating the need for dedicated gaming hardware or controllers.

Players will step into the role of demonologist Francesca Noakes as they navigate the fictional Red Lion Inn. The gameplay involves making dialogue choices to influence the story's progression while searching for clues about supernatural occurrences. To aid in the investigation, players will utilize tools such as an electromagnetic field reader, an infrared camera, and a spirit box.

According to Netflix, familiarity with The Conjuring franchise is not necessary to enjoy Unspoken, but those who are fans will find additional depth. The game features appearances from familiar characters, and knowledge of the series' lore is said to enhance the overall impact of the experience. The Conjuring: Unspoken is a collaboration with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.
