Hasbro is merging the worlds of Transformers and Scooby-Doo with the upcoming "Mysterious Prime and Automutt" figure set. This new crossover combines the beloved Robots in Disguise with the Mystery Inc. gang from the classic cartoon.
Mysterious Prime is a 6-inch-scale robot figure capable of transforming into the Mystery Machine vehicle in 19 steps. In its robot form, collectors can customize the figure with four swappable heads representing members of the Mystery Inc. gang, notably featuring an ascot accessory, a first for any Transformer. The companion figure, Automutt, transforms from a Scooby-Doo-inspired dog mode into a "Scooby Snack" form in six steps.
The Transformers x Scooby Doo: Mysterious Prime and Automutt set is priced at $49.99. Preorders are set to begin on Hasbro Pulse and other retailers starting at 10 a.m. PT on July 7. The set is expected to ship in Fall 2026.
This collaboration follows other recent Transformers crossover figures, including a second wave of Transformers x NFL figures, a new Optimus Prime and Megatron pair inspired by the 1984 movie, and the Stranger Things-themed "Freakwency" and "8-Trax" set.
