A unique incentive program at a U.S. Army base in Fort Stewart, Georgia, has already convinced at least 20 soldiers to reenlist by offering time off to play Grand Theft Auto 6. The offer connects military service with soldiers' interests, aiming to boost reenlistment rates.

Eligible soldiers who commit to a reenlistment period of two to six years can receive four days of leave. This offer is available until November 14, 2026, aligning with Grand Theft Auto 6's November 19 launch date.

Lt. Col. Angel Tomko of the 3rd Infantry Division stated that the command team and career counselor developed the program to generate excitement for reenlistment. The program targets approximately 130 soldiers.

News of the incentive comes as the gaming community continues to discuss recent leaks of early Grand Theft Auto 6 footage. Rockstar Games is preparing for a first-look reveal on Netflix, with Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick promising more than a simple sneak peek. Despite leaks, Grand Theft Auto 6 remains on track for its November release date.
