Dropout's improv comedy series Make Some Noise is set to return for its fifth season on October 5th, featuring the comeback of a fan-favorite player. The season 5 trailer confirms the return of Vic Michaelis, who was absent during season 4 due to overseas filming.
Michaelis, known for hosting Very Important People, will appear in at least two episodes of Make Some Noise season 5. One episode will see them joined by Kimia Behpoornia and Ally Beardsley, while another will feature Jiavani and Jeremy Culhane. Other Dropout regulars slated to appear include Lisa Gilroy, Paul F. Tompkins, Jacob Wysocki, Anna Garcia, Lou Wilson, and Siobhan Thompson. Ben Schwartz, the voice of Sonic the Hedgehog, also returns for his third consecutive season. The recurring troupe known as the Noise Boys, comprising Brennan Lee Mulligan, Zac Oyama, and Josh Ruben, will also feature in at least one episode together.
Make Some Noise, often compared to millennial favorite Whose Line Is It Anyway?, challenges players with unscripted prompts and scenarios. The show will debut new episodes bi-weekly, with the 15-episode fifth season kicking off on October 5th. Pete Holmes is set to return to roast host Sam Reich, and Demi Adejuyigbe, Kurt Maloney, and Elaine Carroll will serve as guest hosts for some episodes.
