Ocean doors are a necessary component for completing Popplio's ocean temple within the Bubbly Basin DLC of Pokémon Pokopia. Players searching the Bubbly Basin may find themselves unable to locate these items, but they are hidden close to the construction area for the temple.

The crafting recipe for ocean doors can be found in a Poké Ball located beneath the sand in the debris that must be cleared before the ocean temple can be built. This location is at ground level, slightly west of the construction sign and towards the rear of the building site.

Crafting ocean doors requires a single block of star-spotted rock. This material is commonly found in caves or deeper sections of the Bubbly Basin. Star-spotted rock is identifiable by its distinctive star-shaped patterns and can be broken using standard Rock Smash abilities without the need for any power-ups. Significant deposits of star-spotted rock are present in the caves near Bubbly Basin's town center, behind an iron slab on the ground. These tunnels are also where Mareanie directs players when searching for a pearl, making it a prime location to gather star rocks.

Each of Popplio's ocean temples requires two ocean doors. These doors fit thematically with the underwater aesthetic of the region. They can also be used to fill gaps in existing structures around the basin or to create custom marine-themed habitats for Pokémon.
