Xbox is developing a feature that will award players a special achievement for unlocking all other achievements within a game, a system long requested by the community and similar to PlayStation's Platinum Trophy. The confirmation came from Xbox CEO Asha Sharma via a social media post.

A fan inquired about the possibility of an Xbox equivalent to the Platinum Trophy, to which Sharma responded, "Team is working on something for later this year!" While the exact implementation remains unknown, current Xbox achievements contribute to a cumulative Gamer Score across titles. Earning all achievements in a single game currently marks it as 'completed' but does not grant a distinct, final award.

This forthcoming feature was teased as part of a larger rollout of new features being tested for the Xbox platform. These improvements include the ability to embed group-chat audio in gameplay capture clips, enhanced options for viewing and sorting achievement progress, direct cloud save data restoration on the console, and an expanded game wishlist that will support up to 1,000 entries.

These features are initially being tested by Xbox Insiders before a wider public release. The succession of new improvements suggests an increased pace of platform development under Sharma's leadership, aligning with her stated goals of iterating more rapidly on the console experience.
