007 First Light: A Complete Guide to "A New Home" and "A Night Out" Missions

The "A New Home" mission in 007 First Light picks up after Bond passes his fundamental training, moving him into new lodgings. This chapter transitions into an advanced combat simulation within a staged enemy compound, alongside a subsequent midnight excursion. Following a debrief with M, Bond visits Q's Lab, where he receives the Q Watch and learns to use the Q Lens for gadget deployment, enemy highlighting, and other abilities. Collectibles such as Selina Tan Intel and 00 Recruits Intel can be found within the lab area. After speaking with Selina Tan, Bond proceeds to his new apartment for the "A New Home" mission, where collecting the Lennox Monroe Intel, Cressida Bright Intel, and picking up keys are the primary objectives before moving on to the advanced training.

The combat simulation in Malta presents a capture-the-flag scenario within an enemy compound. Players can utilize various stealth and combat approaches. A recommended route involves hacking gates with the Q Lens, using environmental targets to neutralize guards, and employing cover takedowns. The Under Of Acorns Card can be found near the spawn point before entering the compound. Within the compound, guards can be bypassed using Q Lens hacks on speakers or by employing cover takedowns. The objective is to reach and retrieve the flag from the central building. The mission concludes with Bond piloting a boat after a successful escape from the compound.

Following these training exercises, Bond undergoes further evaluations, including a polygraph test. The "A Night Out" mission shifts the focus to London, where Bond and his friends are summoned for a joint training mission at a club. Upon arrival, Bond must locate a target, Joshua Pike, using stealth and information gathering. Initial steps involve speaking with contacts at the bar and finding a dead drop in the men's bathroom to learn about Pike.

Accessing the second floor of the club involves completing one of three Opportunities: "Staff Only," "Above and Beyond," or "The Stamp." The "Staff Only" route requires bluffing bartenders to gain access behind the bar, where the Cocktail Napkin Memento can be found, and then proceeding through a storage room to the second floor. The "Above and Beyond" Opportunity involves navigating catwalks above the dance floor, with the Ober Of Bells Card collectible located near the jump to the second-floor balcony. The "The Stamp" Opportunity requires eavesdropping to learn a password, "Jones," to obtain a VIP stamp from the cloakroom attendant, granting access to the second floor.

Once on the second floor, Bond must use the Q Lens to hack Joshua Pike's phone, initiating a proximity hack that requires Bond to follow Pike through the club. This leads to an exclusive seating area, requiring Bond to pose as a waiter with a tray of drinks. After the hack completes, Bond is tasked with incapacitating Pike and taking his place at a deal. Pike is lured into a room and trapped, allowing Bond to proceed with the buyer. The mission culminates in a brawl with the jealous boyfriend and his associates near the club's exit, concluding Bond's training arc. The game then looks towards Bond's first main mission in Slovakia.
