The new Frozen Trail update for Arc Raiders introduces a fresh map, but some quests still require players to revisit older locations for specific objectives. Celeste's Teenage Rebellion is one such quest, directing players back to Riven Tides. This guide will help you navigate the necessary steps to complete it.
Initial Objectives: Mulatierra Hill
The quest begins with a visit to the lookout tower on Mulatierra Hill, located in the center of the current map. Once inside the tower, ascend the ladder to reach the top. At this vantage point, you will be prompted to transmit your current location.
Locating the Radio Transmitter
Following the transmission, your next objective is to travel west to an old Raider Camp. This camp is situated between the beach and a hotel, on the western side of the map. Upon arrival at the Raider Camp, search the area for a radio transmitter. Interacting with the designated prompt will allow you to find and use it.
Activating the Antenna
The final steps of the quest involve heading east towards a large antenna that overlooks the Riven Tides harbor. This antenna is positioned on the very edge of the map and is easily visible on the cliffside. Nearby, you will find a broken generator. Interact with this generator to weld it and restore power.
With the generator repaired, the next step is to initiate the transmitter by pressing the "Enable the power" prompt. Completing this action concludes the quest. Afterward, you are free to extract from the area using any available extraction point or raider hatch.
Returning to Speranza to turn in the quest will reward you with a Heavy Shield and a Looting Mk. 2 augment, both valuable items that can assist with the more challenging quests introduced in the Frozen Trail update.
