The "Celeste's Teenage Rebellion" quest in Arc Raiders is the next step following "Celeste's Childhood Drawings." This mission requires players to locate a lookout tower, a raider camp, and a large antenna across the Riven Tides map. The quest can be completed over multiple sessions, but its eight steps must be followed in order.
Quest Steps
- Reach the lookout tower on Mulatierra Hill.
- Transmit the location from the top of the tower.
- Spot three Arc from the lookout tower (optional).
- Reach the old raider camp near the hotel, overlooking the beach.
- Search for a radio transmitter at the raider camp.
- Find the large antenna overlooking Riven Tides harbor.
- Weld the broken generator.
- Start the transmitter.
Finding the Lookout Tower
The lookout tower is situated atop Mulatierra Hill, a prominent location on the Riven Tides map. It can be found north of Customs House and adjacent to the Hilltop Hatch escape point. Players should climb to the summit and interact with the prompt to transmit their location. The optional objective to spot three Arc enemies can be completed here.
Locating the Raider Camp
The next objective is the old raider camp, found near Hotel Panorama Azzurro. This camp is located north of the hotel and west of the Wharf and Saltswept Hatch. Upon arrival, players will see an objective prompt to interact with at the bottom of the transmitter to advance the quest.
Discovering the Large Antenna
The final objective is a large antenna situated on the opposite side of the map from the raider camp. It is located directly east of the Wavebreaker and northeast of the Quay. Players will recognize the location by its immense tower and multiple satellite dishes. The quest concludes by approaching the generator at the base of the antenna and welding it.
Upon successful completion of the quest, players will be rewarded with 5,000 XP, a heavy shield, and a looting Mk.2 augment.
