The Archangel race was added in The Forge's Christmas update and has quickly become one of the strongest options due to its stacked mobility, offensive power, and unique defensive perks. This guide explains how to obtain Archangel, what its stats and perks look like, and how best to use it in late-game content.
To unlock Archangel, players must reroll races from the Races Menu, which is accessible via the Shop. The drop rate is extremely low—about 0.1 percent as of the current update—making Archangel the rarest race and, at the moment, the only Divine race available.

Alternative routes exist: while Robux purchases are possible, the most viable path is earning new The Forge codes that unlock reroll opportunities in the Races menu.
Core bonuses come from a set of named perks: Wings, Demonic Powers, Width and Depth, Height, Mighty Clover, Trail of Judgement, and Archangel's Smite. Wings reduce dash cooldown by 35 percent, increase dash distance by 75 percent, extend dash invincibility (I-frame) by 15 percent, and boost movement speed and jumping by 25 percent each, with stamina also up 25 percent. Demonic Powers offer +20 percent attack speed and +20 percent physical damage. The race also carries width and depth modifiers at +30 percent, plus height-related adjustments and Mighty Clover which provides +30 percent luck. Trail of Judgement grants a 50 percent chance, on dashing, to create a hellfire circle that deals area damage to nearby enemies; it scales to 45 percent weapon damage per second for a total of three seconds. Archangel's Smite gives each attack a 33 percent chance to summon a beam of light.
Together, these perks create a kit that not only strengthens raw numbers but also adds utility that becomes increasingly valuable in late-game fights and against tougher enemies.
Given the 0.1 percent drop rate, Archangel remains a rarity. Players are encouraged to accumulate rerolls and monitor new codes as they release to maximize their chances. In practice, codes have proven a more reliable route than Robux purchases for many players.
