Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced features 12 Ultimate Ship Plans that players can collect to fully upgrade the Jackdaw. These schematics, formerly known as Elite Ship Upgrades, are crucial for enhancing the ship's capabilities, particularly for taking on legendary ships. A prerequisite for locating most of these plans is completing the first Sequence 6 main mission, "Diving for Medicine," which unlocks the diving bell.
Once a plan is acquired, players must visit any shipmaster to purchase the upgrades, which require both Reales and materials. The plans are found either underwater via diving or through treasure maps.
Diving Bell Locations
Several Ultimate Ship Plans are hidden within diving bell locations, often requiring navigation through underwater tunnels and currents. The Kabah Ruins (738,120) diving bell in Navassa holds the Round Shot Strength plan. Players must enter a cave at the north point of the dive map and navigate through tunnels, waiting for current cycles and utilizing air pockets. The Antocha Wreck (601,633) diving bell in Gibara contains the Mortar Strength plan within a chest in the open wreck at the southernmost point. The Devil's Eye Cavern (453,331) diving bell in Cruz requires navigating north through tunnels to an open-air cave, where the Swivel Guns Strength plan is located in a chest down a tunnel to the left. At the far north end of The Blue Hole (440,145) diving bell in Charlotte, within a broken wreck at ground level, lies the Broadside Cannons Number plan. The La Concepción Wreck (150,271) diving bell in Chinchorro houses the Hull Armor plan in a broken section of the ship near the entry point. Additionally, the San Ignacio Wreck dive, encountered during the "Diving for Medicine" main mission in Dry Tortuga, contains a large chest with the Heavy Shot Storage plan in a ship off to the left after navigating through shark-infested caves.
Treasure Map Locations
Other plans are obtained by collecting treasure maps and then finding the corresponding treasure chests. The Misteriosa treasure map, collected from Ambergris Key (28,160) in southern Chinchorro, leads to the Heavy Shot Strength plan in a chest at Misteriosa (271,178) in central Serranilla. The Fire Barrel Strength plan requires the San Juan treasure map, found in Chinchorro (191,218), and its chest is located in the San Juan smuggler's cove in Cruz (455,462). The Petite Caverne treasure map, gathered from southern Castillo de Jagua (298,311), unlocks the Heavy Shot Storage plan, with its chest found in Petite Caverne smuggler's cove in southern Punta Guarico (863,235). For the Fire Barrel Storage plan, collect the Tulum treasure map from southern Punta Guarico (862,237) and find the chest in Tulum (40,372) in southern Conttoyor. The Mortar Storage plan is linked to the Matanzas treasure map, obtained from Tortuga (851,352) in northern Punta Guardico, with the chest located inside Jiquey smuggler's cove in western Gibara (534,510). Finally, the Harpoon Strength plan is found using the Andreas Island treasure map, collected from Mariguana Island (848,514) in central Gibara, with the chest on Andreas Island (544,693) in Eleuthera.
