Castlevania: Belmont's Curse Star Chart Puzzles Explained

Castlevania: Belmont's Curse features intricate Star Chart puzzles within its Library, tasking players with tracing specific constellations to progress and unlock new abilities. These puzzles involve glyphs that players can bounce off, surrounding planetary spheres marked with one of three designs: Man, Woman, and Skeleton. Successfully tracing a constellation grants access to a larger glyph that launches the player skyward, crucial for reaching new areas.

To solve these puzzles, players must identify and trace the correct patterns using the available glyphs. The 'Man' constellation requires activating the far left, bottom left, bottom right, and far right glyphs. For the 'Woman' constellation, players need to light up the bottom right, far right, top left, and far left glyphs. The 'Skeleton' constellation is completed by activating the far left, top right, far right, and bottom right glyphs. The order in which the glyphs are activated does not matter; only that the correct ones are triggered. If a mistake is made, players can simply land near the glyphs and try again.

Completing all three Star Chart designs within the Planetarium is necessary to unlock a path to the Occultist boss. It is recommended to equip relics that enhance damage output or reduce spell mana costs before confronting this boss, as indicated by the game's design.
