Upon defeating the West Zone Resonant, players will witness the Resonant Cycle, where defeated enemies revive with increased strength. This cycle occurs after defeating each Resonant. It is advisable to gather Power and Health Upgrade Points before proceeding. Upgrading weapon forms and earning additional Talent Points can also enhance Dylan's Power Level.

Evacuation Procedures

  • Level Up Zones: Increasing a Zone's level provides rewards such as increased enemy drops, map markers, and new outfits. Each level also grants a Talent Point. Zone XP is earned through side quests, main missions, World Feats, and opening Large Resource Chests.
  • Monitor Enemy Levels: Compare enemy levels to your Power Level to gauge combat difficulty. A skull icon indicates a significantly higher challenge, suggesting a need to increase your Power Level.
  • Upgrade Weapons, Skills, and Use Talent Points: Regularly upgrade weapons, skills, and spend Talent Points in The Astral Plane to increase your Power Level and avoid being outmatched. Consider upgrading unused forms for potential respecs.
  • Hunt for Upgrade Points: Find Health and Power Upgrade Points by opening Large Resource Chests hidden throughout New York. Collecting three such points increases maximum Health or Power Level.
  • Change Aberrant Form: The initial Aberrant form choice impacts early combat. Other forms can be unlocked and swapped later by gathering resources.
