The Tokyo House is located on the southwesternmost road of Tokyo City, adjacent to the Nangan region. Players can fast travel to the nearest unlocked road for direct access or drive along the edge of Tokyo City. An aftermarket car location can also be found nearby.

The Tokyo House can be bought for 3,000,000 CR. VIP members can acquire it for free. A minimum of a Yellow stamp is required to purchase the property. Upon purchase, the house grants a perk of one free daily wheelspin.
