The Festival Loop speed zone is situated on the southern edge of the main Horizon Festival grounds, within the Ohtani region. Look for the distinctive red sign icon marked with two cameras. This zone is a relatively brief stretch of off-road terrain that encircles the festival area. Depending on the in-game season, the surface can be dirt or snow. The speed zone can be initiated from either end of this road segment.
To successfully complete the challenge, players must reach an average speed of 90 mph. While the Lancer Evolution VI GSR is a capable car, its stock B-class rating may not be sufficient for this task. Upgrading the vehicle to S1 class is recommended to enhance both its top speed and handling. Equipping the car with rally or snow tires is also advised, especially during the Winter season.
