Locating the Power Generator Key
The key to powering the construction elevator is found within a nearby building. Players should enter this building through the garage door. Once inside, proceed upstairs and enter the manager's office, which is located on the left. The generator key can then be found within a grey cabinet situated next to the office door.
Solving the Power Generator Puzzle
After acquiring the key, return to the power generator located outside. Insert the key and pull the handle on the left. The generator will display an error message, indicating further steps are required. Follow the thick cable extending from the generator to its rear, where three handles will be present.
Players will discover that activating all three handles and attempting to restart the generator causes only line C to show a green light, while the other lines flicker. This indicates that line C, corresponding to the third handle from the left, is the correct connection for powering the construction elevator.
Therefore, the solution to the puzzle is to pull the rightmost handle (line C), leaving the other two handles in their upward position. Once the power generator is correctly activated, the construction elevator can be used to ascend and proceed into CEG Headquarters, completing the objective.
