The "Ruins and Reverberations" quest in Arc Raiders requires a visit to the Cielo Sereno Observatory on the Pendola Pass map, newly added with the "Frozen Trail" update. This guide outlines the three steps to complete the quest efficiently.
'Ruins and Reverberations' Quest Steps
This quest must be completed within a single match and consists of three objectives:
- Connect a Spotter Relay to the antenna located on the roof of the Cielo Sereno Observatory.
- Weld wires in the crawlspace beneath the control room to reroute power.
- Reactivate the Spotter Relay at the antenna.
Obtaining a Spotter Relay
Before embarking on the quest, you must acquire a Spotter Relay. Spotters are small, flying Arc enemies that appear in pairs, often accompanying Bastion or Bombardier units. To find them reliably, head to Buried City or Blue Gate. Defeat a Spotter, loot it for the Spotter Relay, and then proceed to Pendola Pass.
Locating the Antenna at Cielo Sereno Observatory
The Cielo Sereno Observatory is situated in the northeastern section of Pendola Pass. The antenna is on the roof. It is highly recommended to bring a grappling hook, snaphook, or zipline, as you will need to access the roof twice. Using one of these mobility tools will significantly ease navigation.
Reach the roof and proceed to the southern side, where an extended section houses the antenna. If you have a Spotter Relay in your inventory, you will be able to interact with it.
Welding Wires in the Crawlspace
After interacting with the antenna, proceed inside the observatory to find the crawlspace. A skylight in the center of the roof offers direct access to the control room. From the control room, exit into the corridor and locate a floor panel. Drop through this panel into the crawlspace. Turn to face west, take the first left, and follow the path to the end. The wires requiring welding will be on your left. Interact with the prompt to complete this step.
Finalizing the Quest
Once the wires are welded, return to the roof via the skylight. If your character has difficulty mantling, use a grappling hook or snaphook. Approach the antenna again and interact with it to complete the quest. Be aware that activating the antenna may attract Arc enemies, so it is advisable to leave the area promptly.
Completing the "Ruins and Reverberations" quest rewards players with 5,000 XP, two smoke grenades, three electrical components, two speaker components, and a looting mk.3 augment.
