How to Complete the 'Sizing Things Up' Quest in Arc Raiders

The "Sizing Things Up" quest in Arc Raiders tasks players with investigating the colossal Emperor corpse scattered across Pendola Pass. This questline involves taking photographs, analyzing specific areas, and ultimately retrieving a crucial item for the character Celeste. Successfully completing these objectives requires careful navigation and interaction with the environment.

Photographing the Emperor's Leg

The initial objective is to "take a picture of the Emperor's leg on the bridge east of Old Town." Players will need the camera provided by Celeste, or they can craft or purchase one. The correct location is on the bridge situated directly east of Old Town, running parallel to the Emperor's southern front leg. Capturing an image of the leg's lower section will fulfill this requirement.

Analyzing the Emperor's Exposed Area

Following the photographic step, players must "analyse the Emperor's leg where you can see its foot south of Railroad Junction." This analysis point is located south of Railroad Junction, where the base of the Emperor's leg is visible on the map. Players need to interact with the marked point after climbing onto the leg.

Retrieving the Arc Conductive Coupler

The final step involves heading to the base of the Emperor and "collect the Arc Conductive Coupler from the front of the Emperor corpse and extract it for Celeste." The Emperor corpse is the dominant feature on the west side of the map. The specific location for this task is at the very front and center of the corpse's base, east of the Fallen Emperor marker and near the 'P' in Piazza Della Rupe. Here, players will find a chest, referred to as the Buried Harvester Payload, containing the Arc Conductive Coupler. Interacting with this chest will place the item in the player's inventory, which then needs to be extracted from the mission area to complete the quest for Celeste.
