How to Complete the Sizing Things Up Quest in Arc Raiders

The Frozen Trail update for Arc Raiders introduces Pendola Pass, a new map featuring several new quests, including "Sizing Things Up." This quest requires players to investigate the legs of a colossal Emperor, a task that necessitates specific items and careful navigation.

Gathering the Right Equipment

Before embarking on the quest, it is highly recommended to equip an augment that provides a safe pocket, as you will need to extract with a specific quest item. Crucially, ensure you bring a Camera with you. It's advisable to store the camera in your safe pocket until it is needed to avoid losing it.

Documenting the Emperor's Leg

The first objective is to photograph the Emperor's leg located near the bridge outside Old Town, on the southwestern side of the map. Upon reaching the designated bridge, equip your camera and zoom in on the massive leg nearby to take a picture. Once the photograph is captured, switch back to your weapon.

Analyzing the Emperor's Foot

Next, proceed to one of the Emperor's feet situated south of Railroad Junction. Upon arrival, climb onto the foot and interact with the prompt to analyze the exposed area. This action will advance the quest.

Reaching the Emperor's Base

The subsequent step involves reaching the base of the Emperor, which is an immense fallen ARC dominating the western portion of the map. As you approach the base, a new objective will be presented.

Locating the Buried Payload

At the Emperor's base, navigate to the specific location indicated to find a buried Harvester payload. Interact with this payload to discover the Arc Conductive Coupler. Ensure you collect this item and place it in your safe pocket.

Quest Completion

With the Arc Conductive Coupler secured, you can now extract from the map at your convenience. Return to Speranza to turn in the quest. For assistance with other quests in Arc Raiders, refer to the game's mission list.
