- ARC Performance Steel: Obtained by defeating large ARCs such as Leapers, Bastions, and Bombardiers.
- ARC Synthetic Resin: Acquired by defeating medium and large ARCs like Hornets, Fireflies, Shredders, and Turbines.
- ARC Thermo Lining: Gathered from defeating small and medium ARCs including Pops, Fireballs, Wasps, and Snitches.
- ARC Pop Trigger: Specifically dropped by defeating Pops.
Alternatively, most of these crafting components can be found by looting Baron Husks on any map. These items should be kept in the player's inventory until needed.
Scanning ARC Probes and Couriers
The initial phase of the 'To the Skies' quest requires players to find and scan one crashed ARC Probe and one ARC Courier. These elements spawn randomly across all maps and can be identified from a distance by the distinct black smoke they emit. Repairing the Gondola Prototype
The subsequent objective involves locating and repairing a gondola prototype. Players must bring the previously collected materials to one of four potential prototype locations. For this guide, the prototype on Riven Tides is highlighted due to its smaller map size, potentially making it easier to navigate. Players should travel to the southern part of Riven Tides and locate the Dried Riverbed area. The gondola prototype will be found beneath a bridge at the bottom of the map.
Upon reaching the prototype, players will be prompted to apply the four collected items. After interacting with the prototype and completing the repair, a final interaction will activate it, thus concluding the 'To the Skies' quest. Players can then proceed to extract safely from the area.
