Kinkaku-ji Temple, an iconic structure covered in gold leaf, is a notable landmark and photography location within Forza Horizon 6. It also frequently features in Festival Playlist photo challenges, such as the #TakingYourTime challenge during the Horizon Meets series.
Locating Kinkaku-ji Temple
The temple is situated beside a small lake, located south of the center of the Ohtani region. To reach it, players should follow the off-road trail heading northwest from the southern part of Ohtani. The lake, and by extension Kinkaku-ji Temple, can be found at the northwesternmost point of this trail.
Completing Photo Challenges
For the #TakingYourTime photo challenge, players need to photograph a 1989 Nissan S-Cargo with the temple in the background. This vehicle can be acquired from the Autoshow for 19,000 credits. Successfully completing the challenge rewards players with the "So Cute" emote and two season points.
