Building the Herb Garden
While Luna typically provides a pre-built Herb Garden for the quest, players may need to construct one if it's no longer available. A Herb Garden can be built at a Workbench using the necessary materials.
Planting and Watering Nightshade
Nightshade seeds can be purchased from Luna's Seed Stall, located near her farm in Moonlit Pines. Each seed costs 140 Coins. It is crucial to note that Nightshade requires watering with the Aquaflux spell and cannot be hydrated using a standard Watering Can. Once planted in the Herb Garden, seeds must be watered nightly as they grow.
Crafting Essential Equipment
Two other crucial pieces of equipment are required: a Herb Drying Rack and an Enchanted Mortar. Both can be constructed at a Workbench. The Herb Drying Rack is necessary to prepare the harvested Nightshade, while the Enchanted Mortar is used to transform the dried herb into powder.
Drying and Processing Nightshade
After the Nightshade has fully grown and been harvested, it must be placed on the Herb Drying Rack. Players can check the drying progress via a pop-up menu when interacting with the rack. Once the herbs are dried, the final step involves using the Enchanted Mortar. Placing one piece of Dried Nightshade into the mortar will yield the desired Nightshade Powder.
