Opening the human organ box in Silent Hill: Townfall requires players to restore power to Zoe's house and then locate a specific email containing the six-digit code.
Restoring Power to Zoe's House
The human organ box is encountered in Zoe's house during the "A Connection" mission, which follows the "Escape" objective. Inside the kitchen of Zoe's house (located at 2A, west of the Town Square), players will find a large box labeled "human organ in transit." To open it, a six-digit code is needed.
Before attempting to open the box, players should first explore the rest of Zoe's house to gather essential items. These include the organ transplant card, found on the floor in the smallest bathroom; a flashlight, located in a kitchen drawer; and AA batteries, found in a small drawer within the upstairs storage room. Combining the flashlight with the batteries in the inventory will activate it.
The organ transplant card reveals that a secure lock code is provided via email. Zoe's computer, situated in her living room, can be used to access these emails, but only after power has been restored.
To restore power, players must use the newly functional flashlight to enter the crawlspace adjacent to the stairs. Within the crawlspace, players can find an "electricard credit guide," which indicates that electricity cards are available for purchase at the local newsagent.
The newsagent, Peter's Newsagent, is located in building two across the street. The front door is locked, so players must approach from the back. A monster resides in this area, and players must either sneak past it or confront it directly. After entering the shop, the prepaid power card can be found in the cash register on the counter. Once obtained, players should return to Zoe's house.
Back in the crawlspace, insert the prepaid power card into the machine and select "apply credit" by pressing button B. With power restored, players can now access Zoe's emails on her living room computer.
Finding the Human Organ Box Code
Among the emails on Zoe's computer, one will appear nonsensical at first glance due to its unusual symbols. However, within this message lies the key to opening the human organ box: players must use the first and last three digits of the ET code presented. Cross-referencing this with the human organ transplant card found earlier, specifically the ET code on the right side of the card, reveals the correct combination.
The code required to unlock the human organ box is 956-133. Upon opening the box, players will obtain Zoe's lanyard, which is necessary to begin the subsequent mission, "Searching for Zoe."
