Reading the Patient's Vitals
Upon entering the surgery room, players should first collect the HP-recovery kit from the sink and the St. Amelia Medical Centre map from the wall. Interacting with the machines connected to the patient requires careful observation of cable colors. When Dr. Glenn requests specific vitals, players must identify the corresponding colored cable and read the value displayed on the connected machine. Incorrect readings will result in HP loss.
The correct sequence for reading the patient's vitals is as follows:
- Blood pressure: 70 over 40 (indicated by green numbers).
- Pulse: 162 (indicated by yellow numbers).
- Blood oxygen levels: 80% (indicated by red numbers).
Performing an X-ray
To create an X-ray, players must enter the X-ray room using the code 7103, found on their pager. The correct X-ray settings can be found on a white laptop in the room, accessible by pressing the power button on the bottom right. Navigate to the "X-ray dosage table" for the necessary parameters.
For a skull X-ray, players need to align the camera on the computer so that the four white squares fit within the boxes surrounding the patient's head. The machine settings for the skull X-ray are:

- Dextracyclate 2.5mg: Situated upstairs in Bay 6, in the northeast corner. A monster is also present in this area. While in Bay 6, players can find a sticky note with the Records Room door code in the northwest office.
- Hydroxalene 3mg: Located in the Records Room on the ground floor, accessed by entering the code 2605. This room is in the west section of the hospital, also containing a monster.
Administering Medicine and Infusion Rates
After returning to the surgery room, the three collected medications must be placed into the infusion pumps connected to the patient. The order of insertion does not matter, but the infusion rates are critical. The patient weighs 88 kg, a detail noted on the whiteboard. Using the same laptop from the X-ray step, players can find the medication dosage table. For a patient within the 81-90 kg range, the correct infusion rates are:

To obtain the intubation kit, players must call the number 5353 using the phone at the reception desk to gain access to the basement. After taking the elevator to the basement, the kit is found in the storage room. A radio in the kitchen can be used to distract any remaining monsters.
Back in the surgery room, the intubation mini-game involves moving the cursor over the vein on screen until it turns red and throbs, then holding the interaction button. Completing this final step concludes the "Zoe: The Patient" mission and initiates the subsequent "Many Into One" segment.
