The Atlantis Cafe puzzle in the Downtown area of Control Resonant presents a unique challenge, requiring players to activate a series of appliances in a specific order to uncover a secret hideout. Players will need to find the correct sequence to unlock a reward that includes a health upgrade point and several collectibles.
Locating the Atlantis Cafe
The first step is to find the correct Atlantis Cafe. In the Downtown zone, players should look for a cafe situated northwest of the Oldest House. A traffic sign indicating "Road Patterned" marks the entrance.
The Appliance Sequence
Once inside, players will find a note on the counter labeled "Shop Opening Instructions." This note provides the crucial clue: appliances must be activated "from the smallest appliance and ending with the largest one."
To begin, players must first power up the appliances by activating the electrical box located on the northeast side of the room. With power restored, players can then interact with the various appliances. Most are found behind the counter, but a radio is also accessible on the opposite wall.
Failure to activate the appliances in the correct order will reset the puzzle, requiring players to start the sequence again. The correct order, from smallest to largest appliance, is as follows:
- The radio on the west side of the room.
- The coffee maker to the right of the fridge on the east side.
- The coffee maker situated between the fridge and the soda machine.
- The soda machine next to a coffee maker.
- The microwave on the north side of the counter, near the dishwashers.
- The fridge on the south side of the counter.
Unlocking the Secret Hideout
Upon successfully entering the appliances in the correct sequence, a wall near the electrical box will retract, revealing a secret hideout. Inside this hidden area, players can find a health upgrade point. Additionally, several collectibles are available, including: Clarification Of Mandate, Surveillance Boredom, Report on Unidentified Female Subject, and Report on 34 Thomas Street.
