Black Marketeers are specialized NPCs in Palworld who offer a selection of rare Pals for purchase. While they might demand a premium, the Pals they sell are often more difficult to obtain through other means, making them a valuable target for collectors. These merchants can also be captured and relocated to your base for convenient, in-base trading. Their shops can be refreshed instantly by placing them in the PC and retrieving them.
The game features numerous Black Marketeer spawns, some of which are in challenging to reach areas. However, 13 of these NPCs are situated near fast travel points, making them more accessible for players. The update on July 16 added new locations following Palworld version 1.0.
Accessible Black Marketeer Locations
Several Black Marketeers are conveniently located near fast travel points, simplifying the process of finding them. These include:
- Desolate Church/Abandoned Mineshaft: From the Desolate Church fast travel point, travel west off the cliff. The entrance to the Abandoned Mineshaft, housing a Black Marketeer, is nearby.
- Sealed Realm of the Frozen Wings: Head southeast from the dungeon where Penking resides to find a Black Marketeer in the woods.
- Sealed Realm of the Winged Tyrant/Cove Mineshaft: From the Sealed Realm of the Winged Tyrant fast travel point, proceed west off the cliff. The Cove Mineshaft entrance, containing a Black Marketeer, is located beneath a wooden bridge.
- Mount Flopie Summit: West of the Mount Flopie Summit fast travel point, look for a large opening near a waterfall. This leads to a location where a Black Marketeer can be found.
- Ruined Fortress City: Travel west from the Ruined Fortress City to find a Black Marketeer near the edge of the ruins.
- Duneshelter: North of the Duneshelter fast travel point, but outside the city walls, you can locate a Black Marketeer.
- Sand Dunes: West of the Tower of the PIDF, drop from the cliff and turn east to find a cave entrance leading to a Black Marketeer.
- Icy Weasel Hill: Fly northwest from this fast travel point to find a merchant on the cliffside.
- Mount Obsidian: South of the Beach of Everlasting Summer statue, a Black Marketeer can be found at the start of the beach.
- Windswept Hills: Fast travel to the Windswept Island Watchtower and head south. This Black Marketeer is located near some trees by a cliff.
- Frostbound Mountains: Southeast of the Frostbound Mountains Summit fast travel point, beside a waterfall on a cliff, is another Black Marketeer.
- Land of Absolute Zero: Northeast of the Thawtide Cape statue, run off the cliff. This Black Marketeer is found near a tower.
- Eastern Wild Island: West of the Eastern Wild Island statue, search within a small camp surrounded by a large rock wall.
While these Black Marketeers can be captured, they are high-level enemies, typically level 40 or 45. Players are advised to be well-equipped with advanced Pal Spheres and weaponry before attempting to capture them. Successful capture allows you to trade with them from the safety of your base.
