Fishing Pals in Palworld are creatures obtainable through fishing activities across the Palapagos Islands. In addition to these catchable Pals, several others possess Partner Skills that can aid players in their fishing endeavors. The 1.0 update, released in July 2026, introduced a comprehensive list of these specialized Pals.
Palworld Fishing Pals and Their Locations
Players can encounter a variety of Fishing Pals in different regions of Palworld. Croajiro can be found in areas such as Grassland Region, Bamboo Groves, and Crescent Moon Shore. Fuack appears in regions like Marsh Island and Sea Breeze Archipelago, while Fuack Ignis is located on Dry Sandy Beach and Ruined Fortress City. Kelpsea inhabits Windswept Hills and Sea Breeze Archipelago, with Kelpsea Ignis found on Volcano Island and Feybreak Island.
Pengullet is available in Grassland Region and Forest Region, with Pengullet Lux appearing on Phantom Isle and Isle of Decayed Treasures. Jelliette can be caught in Windswept Hills and Sea Breeze Archipelago. Turtacle resides in Windswept Hills and Sea Breeze Archipelago, with Turtacle Terra found on Dessicated Dunes and Eternal Summer Isle.
Celaray can be encountered in Grassland Region and Forest Region, while Celaray Lux is located in areas from Verdant Brook to Scars of War. Penking is found in Verdant Brook and Astral Mountains, and Penking Lux inhabits Phantom Isle and the No.3 Wildlife Sanctuary. Jellroy is present in Windswept Archipelago and Sea Breeze Archipelago, with Jellroy Primo found on Mount Obsidian.
Killamari can be found in the Forest Region, from Verdant Brook to Scars of War. Killamari Primo is located on Mount Obsidian. Azurobe can be caught in Verdant Brook and between Scars of War and Marsh Island, with Azurobe Cryst found in Frostbound Mountains and Frozen Coral Hill. Surfent is located in Verdant Brook and between Scars of War and Marsh Island, with Surfent Terra found on Desert Island and Oasis Isle.
Dumud is present on Mount Obsidian, with Dumud Gild found on Desiccated Desert and Oasis Isle. Gloopie can be found on Mount Obsidian at night, and Gloopie Primo is located on Sakurajima at night. Finsider is available in Desiccated Dunes, with Finsider Ignis on Phantom Isle and Feybreak Island. Ghangler can be found on Sakurajima at night, with Ghangler Ignis on Feybreak Island.
Munchill inhabits Frostbound Mountains and Frozen Coral Hill. Polapup is found in Frostbound Mountains and Frozen Coral Hill, with Polapup Terra on Frozen Coral Hill during the day. Pals That Aid in Fishing
Several Pals offer Partner Skills that enhance the fishing experience. Jellroy's "Jellyroy Drop" increases items obtained from salvage, and its watering speed is boosted when Jelliette is present at the base. Jelliette's "Jeliette Drop" specifically increases drops from fishing and also benefits from Jellroy's presence for watering speed.
Gloopie's "Sticky Princess" makes the capture gauge decrease slower while fishing when capture bars are not overlapping. Ghangler's "Master of Darkness" acts as a water mount and reduces the bite time for Pals at night. Similarly, Ghangler Ignis's "Abyssal Celebrity Chef" is a water mount that also reduces bite time at night.
Whalaska's "Chilled Whale Cruiser" is a mount that starts fishing with a more full capture gauge and increases the gauge speed when bars overlap. Whalaska Ignis's "Cosy Whale Cruiser" provides the same mounting benefits, increasing the capture gauge and its speed when bars overlap.
