To continue your journey through Pangzhen in Phantom Blade Zero and complete the Town of Death quest, you will need to access the Order's underground tavern. The entrance is concealed and requires a specific action to reveal.
Seek out the wine yard situated behind the main tavern building. Here, your character, Soul, will observe that the floor of a pavilion on the right side is hollow. This hollow section marks the location of the secret entrance. Approach the pavilion from the rear and interact with the large black jar.
Smashing this jar will uncover a crank mechanism. Activating this crank will unlock the cellar door, granting you access to the underground tavern. This location serves as a significant hub within Pangzhen, similar to other points of interest like the outpost in Weeping Creek Valley or the Thieves Camp in the Crimson Forest, and is central to many of the region's sidequests.
