Despite the calendar turning to November, Pokémon Go is continuing its Halloween 2026 celebrations with the second part of its event, running from November 1 to November 5. This event marks the debut of shiny Greavard and brings back several costumed Pokémon from earlier this year.
Players can also take advantage of Mega Sableye's new Super Max Level upgrade, which grants it the Night Shade+ Charged Attack when Mega Evolved, even before reaching its highest level. The event also continues to honor the Go Pass from the first half of the Halloween 2026 event.
Timed Research and Rewards
The event features a Timed Research that is automatically completed upon logging in, providing players with Rare Candy rewards and an encounter with a costumed Sinistea (bow).
Field Research and Encounters
Spinning PokéStops during the event can yield various Field Research tasks. These tasks offer opportunities to encounter Pokémon such as Froakie (witch hat), Rowlet (Halloween), Greavard, Litwick, Sandygast, Zubat (top hat), Sinistea (bow), and Pikachu (hat and capelet). Some tasks also reward Mega Sableye Energy.
Boosted Spawns
Several Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild throughout the event. These include Gengar (witch hat), Shuppet, Litwick, Froakie (witch hat), Rowlet (Halloween), Sandygast, and Greavard. Players have a chance to encounter shiny versions of Greavard during this period.
Raid Battles
Raid battles will feature specific Pokémon. One-star raids will include Pikachu (hat and capelet) and Sinistea (bow).
