In St. Amelia Medical Centre during Part 3 of Silent Hill: Townfall, players are tasked with retrieving various medications from around the hospital to stabilize Zoe's patient. One of these essential medications is stored in the hospital's Records Room, which is secured by a keypad. Players will need to find the Records Room code before they can proceed.
The keypad code for the hospital's Records Room can be found by navigating to the Chapman Ward on the western side of the hospital and proceeding upstairs. Within this area, locate the northernmost Office on the in-game map. A post-it note within this office reveals the code: 2605.
Once the code is obtained, players can return downstairs to the Records Room itself. Unlocking the door will grant access to a storage locker containing one of the required medications: 3mg Hydroxalene. This puzzle is part of the larger effort to tend to the patient within the Surgery.
