Identifying Richard's Case
To begin, you must first identify which case belongs to Richard. Consult the "Box IDs and Names" document found on the podium in the Auditorium. This document specifies that Richard's Box ID is 36.
Accessing Case Codes
To find the code for Richard's case, you will first need to gain access to the Security area. Once inside Security, locate and retrieve the "Case Codes" document from a bin in Maintenance. The second half of this document can be found in a bin within the Security office itself.
Unlocking Richard's Case
Combining the two parts of the "Case Codes" document will reveal the code for Richard's case: 486. Upon opening the case, you will find his "Employee File Cover Note." This note contains his Employee ID, which is '00007820518'.
This Employee ID can then be used with the PC located in the Security office to print an Access Card. This card is essential for accessing the 10th Floor of the building, allowing you to continue your progress through Silent Hill: Townfall.
