Solving the projector puzzle in Silent Hill Townfall's CEG HQ involves finding several key components and then correctly ordering the projector slides. This guide details each step required to overcome this multi-part challenge.
Gathering the Projector Components
To begin the puzzle, you must first acquire the Projector Bulb, Projector Lens, and Projector Slides. The puzzle assumes you have already found the projector in the CEG HQ Boardroom and possess the Access Card Level 3/4.
The Projector Bulb
The Projector Bulb is located within the Media Department Storeroom on the Fourth Floor. Access to this area requires ascending the stairwell in Public Relations on the Third Floor. Upon reaching the Fourth Floor's Media Department, find the CEG Storeroom Key on one of Richard's bodies in the west office. Use this key to unlock the Media Department Storeroom. Inside, the Projector Bulb can be found within the General Storage locker, alongside the CEG Checkout Sheet.
The Projector Lens
The CEG Checkout Sheet indicates that a Projector Lens was loaned to F. Sloan in Finance, situated on the Third Floor. The keypad code for accessing Finance is revealed to be 2709. Return to the Third Floor and use your Access Card along with the code 2709 to enter the Finance department. Inside, proceed to the room labeled 'CFO' on your map. The Projector Lens is located in a desk drawer within this office.
With both the Bulb and Lens in hand, return to the Boardroom on the Fifth Floor and install them into the projector. This action triggers a transformation of the room and reveals the Meeting Agenda on the projector screen. One of the spectral attendees will also yield the CEG Maintenance Key.
The Projector Slides
After obtaining the CEG Maintenance Key, exit the Boardroom and unlock the Maintenance room adjacent to it. This room contains ladders that provide access to the Second Floor, offering a pathway to various areas.
To find the Projector Slides, descend to the Second Floor via the Maintenance ladders. Enter Operations and then proceed through the west exit. Descend the stairwell there to reach the First Floor. Navigate to IT, exiting via its east exit. From the First Floor, use the stairwell in the bottom-right corner of your map to reach the Mezzanine Floor. Enter the Gallery Meeting Room on the Mezzanine, where the Projector Slides will be found on a desk.
Arranging the Projector Slides
Return to the Boardroom on the Fifth Floor with the Projector Slides. The final step requires placing these slides into the projector in the correct sequence. The order can be determined by referencing the Meeting Agenda previously displayed.
While examining the slides, you can hold LB (controller) or LCtrl (PC) to get a closer look. It may be helpful to hold them up to the projector screen for better visibility.
