During Part 3 of Silent Hill Townfall, players encounter Dr. Glenn in the Medical Centre's Surgery, who requires assistance with a patient's treatment. This involves correctly answering questions about the patient's condition and performing specific X-ray procedures.
Surgery Answers
Dr. Glenn will ask three questions regarding the patient's vital signs. Players need to identify the correct monitoring equipment in the room to provide the accurate readings.
First, Dr. Glenn asks for the patient's blood pressure. Among the five monitors, the correct one is the second from the right, displaying the diastolic/systolic measurement. Players should orient themselves facing the patient to identify this monitor.
Next, the patient's pulse is requested. The correct monitor for this reading is the third one from the right, which shows a pulse rate of 162.
Finally, Dr. Glenn inquires about the patient's blood oxygen level. This reading is found on the fifth monitor from the right, located on the left side of the bed, indicating a level of 80.
X-Ray Dosages
Following the vital sign assessment, Dr. Glenn will provide a pager code, 7103, to access the X-ray room connected to the surgery. Inside, players must correctly configure the X-ray machine for two different scans: the patient's head and chest.
The X-ray Dosage Table, accessible on the Surgery's PC, provides the necessary settings. For the patient's skull, the required settings are 3 Volts (kV), 7 Cur (mA), and 1 second (s). After setting these values, the X-ray camera must be aligned with the patient's skull before activating the scan by pressing the 'Alignment' button.
Subsequently, the patient's chest requires scanning. The dosage settings for this procedure are 7 Volts (kV), 3 Cur (mA), and 1.2 seconds (s). Similar to the previous scan, the X-ray camera needs to be aligned with the patient's chest before initiating the scan.
Upon completion, both X-ray images should be collected from the Printer in the room. These images are then placed on the whiteboard adjacent to the intercom in the Surgery. Players will then report on each X-ray to Dr. Glenn. The next stage of the puzzle involves administering medication, which requires searching other areas of the hospital for the necessary items.
