The second node for yuna mei is Cape Damaise, also in Castalia. This location is west of Fina, along the north coast. While accessible via the Eochaid Posthouse, travel to Cape Damaise generally requires more turns than reaching the Traveler's Garden, making it a less optimal choice for farming.
Tips for Farming
Yuna mei is the rarest material at both locations, and obtaining it may require several attempts. It is recommended to save your game before using the "Search" command, allowing you to reload quickly if you do not find the material. Alternatively, if you are playing on Theodora's path or have Theodora in your party, leaving a battalion at the node can also yield yuna mei.
The Importance of Fortuna's Temple
While yuna mei may not seem immediately useful early in the game, it becomes essential in Part 3 for the reconstruction of Fortuna's Temple. Completing this side quest grants the Fortuna's Wand, a potent item for magic users, which is discovered within the temple.
