DLSS Swapper Gains Bulk Update Feature and New Frame Generation Preset

The utility software DLSS Swapper has received a significant update, introducing a bulk swapping feature that allows users to update upscaling technologies across multiple games at once. Version 1.2.7.0 adds a "Bulk Swap" button to its interface, enabling users to select numerous games from their libraries and choose desired upscaler preferences, including different versions of DLSS, FSR, and XeSS, as well as frame generation options.

The update also introduces NVIDIA's Frame Generation Preset C, a new beta version designed to enhance performance at the cost of a slight reduction in visual fidelity. This preset is reportedly capable of providing performance boosts of up to 35% on hardware like the RTX 5060.

DLSS Swapper also provides the ability to revert changes, allowing users to restore games to their original DLLs and settings en masse if any modifications cause issues. This rollback functionality is particularly useful, as experimenting with different upscaler versions can sometimes lead to unexpected visual artifacts in certain titles. The software includes a warning that modifying game files could potentially trigger anti-cheat software, making it advisable to avoid using the tool with online-only games to prevent account bans.
