Preorders for the Blu-ray edition of Jackass: Best & Last, the latest and reportedly final installment in the stunt comedy franchise, are now available. While the movie has just hit theaters, fans eager to own the film can secure a copy, though a specific release date has not yet been determined.
Both Amazon and Walmart are offering the Blu-ray for preorder at a price of $31.99. As of this writing, only Blu-ray versions are listed, with no immediate announcements regarding potential 4K or steelbook editions, or additional retailers. Bonus features for the Blu-ray have also not yet been revealed, but will be updated once details emerge.
In a review of Jackass: Best & Last, IGN awarded the film a 7/10, with writer Eric Goldman describing it as "an effectively funny and, yes, genuinely emotional coda or epilogue to the entire series." He noted that despite the franchise's intentional silliness, there is a meaningful element to watching the cast's progression over 26 years, culminating in what appears to be a definitive end to the series. Goldman added that while previous entries like Jackass 3D and Jackass Forever presented potential conclusions, this film feels like a final farewell after "one hell of a ride."
