Tigertron's "dolphivania" title, Jupiter & Mars: Definitive Edition, is set to launch on the Nintendo Switch on September 10, 2026. This updated version of the oceanic adventure game introduces several new features and improvements.
The Definitive Edition includes a new default third-person perspective, graphical enhancements, and quality-of-life upgrades. A new ending theme song, titled 'Blue Life' and created by Japanese electronic music artist Ken Ishii, will also be featured. The game notably includes a special guest appearance by Ed Annunziata, the creator of Ecco the Dolphin, who players will need to find within the game.
Jupiter & Mars originally debuted at Stockholm's Fotgrafiska gallery, with notable attendees including Sweden's prime minister and SeaLegacy's Paul Nicklen.
