Bandai Namco and ILCA are set to release One Piece: Grand Gourmet for the Nintendo Switch and its successor later this year, with a confirmed launch date of October 23.
This new entry deviates from the typical combat-heavy One Piece titles, instead focusing on restaurant management, a pursuit central to the character Sanji. Players will be tasked with cooking a variety of dishes and serving them to an extensive roster of 400 characters drawn from the anime and manga.
While the core gameplay loop centers on culinary and service simulation, the game remains firmly rooted within the established One Piece universe. The shift in genre offers a different pace for fans of the long-running franchise.
