HoYoverse has officially set a December 4 release date for its upcoming life-simulation game, Petit Planet. The title will be available on PC and mobile devices, with pre-load beginning on December 1. Console release plans have not yet been announced.
The announcement comes nearly a year after the game's initial beta and was accompanied by a new trailer showcasing the depth of customization players can expect. This trailer offers a broader view of the game's personalization features, moving beyond the more limited, airy, and feminine aesthetic seen in the test version. The updated visuals highlight a diverse range of clothing options, including sweaters, cargo pants, dresses, aviator outfits, trench coats, and various boot styles, catering to a wide array of player preferences.
The trailer also provides glimpses of in-game activities such as fishing and farming within a thoughtfully terraformed village. Players can divert rivers for convenient fishing spots and cultivate unusually large crops. Exterior customization appears to be a significant focus, with possibilities seemingly expanded since the earlier beta.
